Based in Toronto, the Merchant Banking group works with strong management teams, financial sponsors and corporate partners to help companies achieve their financial and strategic goals. We're focused on cash flow positive businesses requiring private equity, mezzanine or bridge debt to finance internal growth, acquisitions, management/leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations.

As financial investors, we assume an active role with a portfolio company as is required, including board participation, while relying on a strong management team for day-to-day operations.
